Policies

Deposit

Initial deposit of 2 nights rate plus 6.5% reservations fee (plus tax) is due at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 61 days or more prior to arrival, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee plus forfeiture of the non-refundable reservations fee of 6.5% + tax. Reservations cancelled 60-46 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit of 2 nights and the non-refundable reservations fee+tax. Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 45 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in

For after hours arrivals, please contact our Reservations office at least 5 days prior to your arrival at 800-245-6417 x 2 for lockbox instructions. Crescent Ridge #108 and #143 guests will check in at the Three Kings Condominiums front desk. **Office Hours:** 4/13-5/30: closed check in via lock box 5/30-9/1: 10am-9pm 9/2-12/1: closed check in via lock box 12/2 - 4/12: 8am-9pm daily Bedding types vary per unit. Wi-Fi and private washer/dryer are not available in all Crescent Ridge units. Winter Courtesy shuttle is available for guests in Crescent Ridge 108 and 143. The on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle is dispatched via the Three Kings front desk and is available from mid-December through March from 8:30am-8pm daily (the courtesy shuttle does not operate during the Sundance Film Festival dates in January). 1-car garage parking is available at Crescent Ridge. Crescent Ridge does not offer access to a swimming pool or community hot tub.
