Winter break

Large rooms, very comfortable hotel. Beautiful views. Not impressed with restaurant or spa. Spa sauna did not work, massages were average. Like I said, the rooms were large and very comfortable. Semi friendly costumer service.

Almost Heaven

We just returned from a weekend at Hotel Park City. My husband and I visited with our teenage son, and we all loved it. We were upgraded to a Cottage Deluxe Suite due to our Marriott status. The cottage overlooked the golf course and had a 6-person hot tub on the deck which was awesome. We spent one day at the spa and pool. It doesn’t get much better than lounging by the pool, looking up at the mountains and enjoying good food and drinks. Service was great, as well. Husband and son golfed at the adjacent public course, and thought it was fantastic. This resort location is a huge plus because it’s close to Historic Main St, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Take time and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The comfy leather couches and amazing view will melt away your cares. We really felt relaxed by the end of our weekend getaway.

Back Again

The room was not ready when the App said it would be, but no worries. The front desk guy was great. He checked us in and we got notice when room was ready. They gave us an upgrade to a cottage room. They also comped breakfast.

Another excellent getaway!

This was our 5th time staying at HPC! It just seems to get better and better each time. We return every year for our Anniversary. We stayed in a Deluxe Cottage room again. We were in building 9 - All the way at the top by the golf course. Very spacious and as always, very clean. The pool was amazing. Kudos to Scott serving in the pool area as he was slammed and also dealing with very, very demanding guests, but handled it well. We cannot say enough about this hotel. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for a great stay!

Wonderful property!

This is just a beautiful property, rustic but comfortable. Fireplaces everywhere, which is enjoyable even in the summer. I'm giving it five stars even though there are a few issues that should be addressed. First of all, we arrived very early for our stay (8:30 am). We certainly were not expecting to be able to check into our room, and planned to go walk around the town. However, we were told the gentlemen who had been in the room they were reserving for us had already checked out and they had contacted housekeeping to expedite the room. So far so good. So we went to enjoy the lovely morning in town, and then to eat an early lunch. Couldn't believe when we returned at noon and the room still wasn't ready! We didn't get into our room until after 1 pm. Again, I can't say enough about how lovely the rooms actually are. We were upgraded to a "cottage", which is amazing.... private jacuzzi on the deck, separate bedroom and full kitchen. One of the shades wasn't working properly and the fireplaces were out of order as well. It took engineering a while to come fix the issues. But they were extremely friendly and tried to get them fixed. Can't say much about the restaurants. The more casual restaurant doesn't serve wine, which we found strange (we enjoy wine with lunch). The other restaurant is Ruth's Chris, which of course is a very nice chain. The bartender there, Chaz, is great and very friendly. One other minor thing. They serve complimentary coffee, which is great, but believe it or not just have the prepackaged little half and half things... not real half and half as one would expect in a property of this calibre. We went to the (very close) grocery store to buy our own. Again, lovely place and very friendly staff (even the doorman knew our name by the second day). We would come back. Just a few little things to work on.
