An authorization equal to two nights lodging will automatically be placed on your credit card for your initial deposit. We recommend the purchase of Trip Insurance.
You agree to abide by all policies of Park City Lodging, Inc. including payment and cancellation policies, no pets or smoking in properties (unless specifically allowed on check-in documents), and all applicable policies of condominium associations or homeowners. We require credit card imprint upon check-in to guarantee against any damages to property.
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival forfeit $200.00 deposit.
Cancellations made 30-45 days prior to arrival forfeit two nights’ lodging deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit full payment.
Optional travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended to protect against a variety of problems which could delay or prevent your enjoyment of the lodging you have booked and your Park City vacation. We are happy to refer you to travel insurance providers.
Each reservation is placed in a privately owned condominium or home. Park City Lodging, Inc. is very limited in our ability to comply with requests to change assignments for a specific property once a deposit has been received. Individual owners receive each booking and have forgone other opportunities to rent their property.
NOTE: On very rare occasions, maintenance issues or other unforeseen circumstances may require that we relocate your booking to an alternate accommodation of comparable or superior quality.

Directions from Airport to Park City:
When departing from the airport travel onto I-80 eastbound (follow signs for Cheyenne). After traveling east approximately 25 miles on I-80, take exit 145 (Park City/Kimball Junction) turn right onto Highway 224 and follow signs into Park City - approximately 6 miles.
Once in Park City, turn left on Kearns Blvd. Turn right at the next light at Bonanza Drive and then take an immediate left onto Prospector Avenue. Our office is located at 1897 Prospector Avenue Park City, Utah 84060. There is guest parking in front of our building. If arriving During Normal Business Hours a Guest Service Agent will be waiting to assist you.
Directions For After- Hours Check-in:
If arriving after Normal Business hours, follow the same traveling directions to Park City Lodging Inc. Upon arrival you will find a key box located on the left side of the office building door. Please call our office
(435-649-6175) to get the lock box code prior to your arrival. Your check-in packet will be inside and will include directions to your vacation property as well as keys and other important information. Please fill out the highlighted areas on the registration form along with the credit card damage waiver and place back inside the lock box. Please close the lock box and turn the knob counter-clockwise to lock it.
