Resort Plaza condominiums are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.The Resort Plaza 3Bedroom/3Bathroom Gold condo # 5004 is 1700 square feet and offers a dining room/living room with gas fireplace and full kitchen. Bedding in 5004 offers 1king plus 1twin in the first bedroom, 1queen in the second and 2twins in the third bedroom. The Resort Plaza front desk, located at 1325 Lowell Avenue, is opened daily during the winter season from 8am-9pm. The desk is closed from April 15-Dec.5 (dates may vary). Guests checking in after hours/off-season, will check in via the exterior lock box located next to the Marsac Mill glass entry doors. Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 61 days or more prior to arrival, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee plus forfeiture of the non-refundable reservations fee of 6% + tax. Reservations cancelled 60-46 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit of 2 nights and the non-refundable reservations fee+tax. Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 45 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
