Great location

This condo is in a great location. It is truly ski in ski out. Easy, short walk to shops and restaurant. Nice clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of dishes. Good drop off zone by front door to leave boots, etc.

Great Place to stay

awesome access to the slopes, staff was very responsive. Sixths was our second time staying at Sno Flower, we will be back next year. Parking was never a problem, unit was a little dated, clean and had plenty of utensils / plates

The Worst!!!! Condo #5

I’ve been on 30-40 ski vacations and have to say that this is the worst condo I’ve ever booked. First of all the condo office is in a dispute with the company who rented me my condo. Park City Rental Properties was the agent I booked with. The on premise office basically told me to That the wouldn’t help me with anything when I walked in. Who wants to be in the middle of this dispute while on vacation. I told them I had already printed out a shipping label from this address to ship my skies home and they told me I wouldn’t be able to leave them for pick up because Park City Rental Properties is my agent so I would have to print out new shipping labels. I asked to use their printer in the Snow Flower Office and again was told NO! But when the person behind the desk found out I was a doctor, they had no problem asking me about Corona virus precautions. Really!!!! Besides the ski in and out to the lifts this place is awful from top to bottom. The condo is so dated and dingy looking that we didn’t want to sit down. We were reluctant to use any dishes or utensils because of the awful appearance. When on vacation in the mountains, I don’t want to feel like I’m taking a shower with unheated mountain water!!! There was NO hot water at all. Nothing!! Nada!! Cold shower!!! C’mon!!!!! After shower derm-abrasion with the towels was a real eye opener! Cold shower then derm-abrasion with sand paper like towels. I will never, ever book this place again and will do my best to tell others that they should steer clear!!!!!!

, General Manager at Snow Flower Condominiums, responded to this review

I would like to follow up with you on your review of your recent stay at Snow Flower and clarify that we are not in a dispute with Park City Rental Properties. We are two separate entities. Since the condos at Snow Flower are all individually owned, each owner is able to choose who they would like to manage their property. Most owners choose Snow Flower Property Management as their management company as they want their guests to have our on-site 24 hour services available to them for such things as water heaters going out and something as simple as printing shipping labels. I am so sorry that Park City Rental Properties did not communicate with you that our services were not available to you. These types of situations are something we try and avoid as it makes us look like we are unwilling to help the guest of owners who don’t use our services. It becomes a very awkward situation that would be avoided with a little communication on their part. I believe Ari on our staff tried to explain this to you at our desk as best he could without being rude. We strive ourselves on our level of service and try to go above and beyond guest expectations as we understand that we help families make memories when they come visit us. We love being part of that and am so sorry you experienced what you did while you were here.

Winter getaway

My husband and I traveled to ski and snow shoe. Although you pay extra resort fees, it was worth it. They were super attentive and helpful with any questions or minor concerns. Our unit was nicely updated and well stocked.

Great location, condominium in need of renovation.

We stayed in No.19 building 1. The location was perfect. We looked out over the ski fields and we were just in front of the First Time Lift. This particular condominium is in desperate need of an upgrade. None of the furnishings matched. It seemed like someone had just dumped their unwanted furniture. We had some electrical issues with the power tripping, coffee machine didn’t work properly, master bedroom blind was broken and we couldn’t turn on the BBQ as the ignition didn’t work. Being on level two we experienced a lot o noise from the upper level apartment. We could hear every step, when they went to the toilet and when they turned on their heaters. The hot water heater was located in the wardrobe of the second bedroom and created some noise during the night when it was re heating. Simple things like cutlery, having no desert spoons but a multitude od tea spoons and only a few knives. The reception/management were fabulous and they responded to all our issues including replacing coffee machine sending maintenance to assess the major issues and organised repairers and delivered some matches immediately when called about the BBQ. We have stayed at snow flower previously on the top level. We didn’t experience any noise issues on that occasion and had a very positive stay, we loved the apartment. We will definitely return to snow flower but will choose more carefully our condominium. Quite a few of the condominiums have been renovated.
