Horrible do not book it

This place is grossly misrepresented. There is no restaurant or spa. They have been closed for months. No organic anything because there is no kitchen. The front desk has someone there 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday, No one Sunday. There is no organic coffee in the room. No one answers the phone. Maid service is once a day. You have to go to the front desk and radio someone if you need anything on Sunday or any day after 5 p.m. I called the manager, Brenda, she never responded. The location is as advertised but that is it. We stayed there the last weekend of the ski season 4/5/19-4/9/19. Never again

Horrendous hotel !!! Do not stay here !!!

Thist “hotel” was absolutely horrendous! It smells. There are no amenities: no restaurants, no room service, no spa, no pool, no concierge, no shuttle, no service-except for maid service. At the fron desk, you are greeted with a walkie-talkie that tells you to call channel 5 in the event of an emergency. No Joke! When I finally tracked down a maintainance person, and was given the email of the "manager," here is the response I recieved from Ms. Brenda Nagle: On Mar 31, 2019, at 8:16 AM, Brenda Nagle|SKY Park City wrote: I will return to the office on Wed (4/3), as Monday and Tuesday are my days off this week. I will not respond to your email until my return to the office on 4/3. It is shocking that this "hotel" is still allowed to operate!

False advertising- Don't stay here

It seems like this probably used to be a great place to stay, but recently this has changed. The website still claims that the hotel is full service- with a restaurant, spa, etc., but the restaurant and spa have both been closed for a while. We were told that the restaurant was sold and the spa is closed but for sale. Can't help but think that they are having some serious financial issues- they wouldn't even turn on the fireplace in the lobby and the place seems desolate. The property itself could be really nice if it were maintained- it is kept clean but it is showing wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Anyway, am filing a complaint with the BBB as they should at least stop falsely advertising their amenities on their website.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was the worst “hotel” experience we have ever had. It is falsely advertised online, and in reality, there are no amenities: no restaurants, no room service, no spa, no pool, no concierge, no shuttle, no service except for maid service. The place feels like it is going out of business, and the spa and restaurants have been sold off but remain closed. The rooms need updating and feel worn. In addition, a pipe burst and our 3 bedroom “residence” had a horrible smell for the entire stay but we couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel to remedy the situation. Apparently the carpet was rotting... it seems they should have closed for this horrible problem. Basically, you can stay in a much nicer airbnb for a quarter of the price, so I recommend doing that or trying a different hotel. We have major regrets and are now fighting w AMEX. Don’t make our mistake!

Frauds

Below text of my correspondence to the manager should sum up things pretty well. She never responded, Expedia was no use, currently disputing with my credit card company. Total joke of an operation. Hi Brenda, I am a guest who arrived Friday night and departs today. I paid for a deluxe suite with 3 beds and a pool table through Expedia. Upon checking in, we were given room 206 and noticed that there were only 2 beds and no pool table. It also appears much smaller than the room we booked. We went to the check in desk and were told this was the only room available and that we’d have to talk to the “night audit” who would arrive around 11pm. The person we spoke to said he was an engineer and couldn’t do anything for us. 11pm came and went, there was no one at all at the desk (there was a sign saying call channel 5 on a walkie talkie, which we tried but didn’t get a response). The next morning a different engineer told us we’d have to talk to a man named Angel to sort out the issues. We never got him over the next two days, until this morning. We interacted with various other engineers but no one could help us. There wasn’t even anyone at the desk at all over this weekend. We kept buzzing the walkie talkie. When I spoke with Angel this morning he said he was not the manager and only works part time. He said you are the manager so that is why I am reaching out, he gave me your contact info. This experience has been extremely disappointing to say the least. We had my friends sharing a bed because there was only 2 instead of 3. We paid a big premium for a room for 3 beds and a pool table. All in, we paid over $3500. We would not have paid anywhere close to that for this room... Also, it is shocking to me that at a luxury hotel there is no one on-site who can take ownership over these issues. Please contact me as soon as you can.
