The "non-smoking" room smelled horribly of smoke... Imagine that...

A property management group runs the booking and maintenance of these privately owned condos / suites. We had #14. It was suitable located and set to well enough, but smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The entire place is saturated. The kind of saturation that requires you to strip everything down to the studs and start anew. Convenient "no smoking" sign posted though. Ha! We would stay again, but would require a different suite that is checked first to pass the smell test.

Great location!

Not a fancy place but loved having basically a full kitchen and the location was great. Near all the restaurants and shops near Main Street. Would definitely stay here or somewhere close by next time I’m in beautiful Park City!

This was our third stay at the Treasure Mountain Inn. I left the prior two visits feeling like I would never want to come to Park City if I couldn’t stay there. I don’t feel that way anymore. At this price point the number of times I should have to reach into the toilet tank is zero. We had to manually seat the flapper valve every time we flushed, otherwise the water ran continuously. We notified the front desk every day and were even told it was fixed at one point. We came back from our first ski day to find the toilet running, presumably ever since housekeeping had been there. I can’t imagine how much water was wasted. This is hard for me to understand since I have replaced flapper valve assemblies at home and I am far from a handyman. It takes less than 30 minutes and under twenty dollars in parts. The hot tub was down for repairs during our entire stay. Is this a coincidence or a trend? It might seem like a small thing, but it is very important to me. We live in Ohio and we don’t get to ski every year. I really like to come back from a day on the slopes and relax in the outdoor tub. There were other hotel options available for less money that did not include this amenity. I feel like I paid for something I did not get. Finally, I would not have taken the time to write this review if TMI had sent me a feedback survey or if one employee had asked me about my stay.

Worst hotel experience in a decade of ski trips

I've never left a bad hotel review like this before. Really just a terrible stay - be very cautious about booking this hotel. - Our bathroom sink did not drain at all on the first day. We informed the front desk who said we'd be put on the "afternoon maintenance schedule" which starts at 3pm. But no one came to fix anything, so we had that issue for that night plus the next morning until it was fixed the following day. - There were hairs in our bed which means it wasn't washed properly. Couldn't get new sheets until the morning because the desk staff leaves pretty early. When I called around 11pm, I got an after hours help line. - They promise a free ski shuttle to Deer Valley. We signed up for the 8:15am shuttle, which still hadn't arrived near 9:00am. The hotel was very unhelpful and denied all responsibility because "it's just a convenience, not something we promise." What a crock. It's a promise when you market it as a benefit. We've skied a long time at a lot of places. They all deliver on this promise. - The maintenance staff left garbage sitting on our counter because they forgot to throw it out. - Perhaps worst of all, the management lied when we attempted to request a refund, saying we never mentioned any issue with the sink. 100% untrue, and I wasn't even sure I was going to bother writing this review until they did that. No one seems to take much pride in customer service at Treasure Mountain Inn. Pretty sad.

No frills but good decent place with large rooms and friendly staff that make you feel welcome

Treasure Mountain Inn is located at the upper end of the Main Street. They offer large cosy rooms with small kitchen corner for those who want to prepare something by themselves. Parking is available in the garage under the building and accessible from the lobby. All in all I had a very good stay and can recommend it.
