Policies

Deposit

A valid credit card is required. An initial deposit of 2 nights lodging plus 6% reservations fee + tax amount and tax is due at the time of booking. Your final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation

Winter Cancellation Policies: Holiday, Sundance and Presidents Day weeks – Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the 6% reservations fee + tax amount. Cancellations made 60-46 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 0-45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

All other winter periods - Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 45-31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in

For after hours arrivals, please contact our Reservations office at least 5 days prior to your arrival at 800-245-6417 x 2 for lockbox instructions. Payday Condominiums by Identity Properties guests will check in at the Three Kings Front desk located at 1500 Three Kings Drive. Three Kings front desk phone: 435 649 5103. Office Hours: 4/13-5/25: Closed - check in via lockbox 5/26-9/2: 10am-9pm daily 9/2-12/1: Closed - check in via lockbox 12/2 - 4/12: 8am-9pm daily Bedding varies per unit.
