2 nights plus 6.5% reservations fee due at the time of booking. Final payment due 60 days in advance.

Cancellation

Holiday/Sundance/Presidents week cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival are charged $50 plus 6.5% of the reservation. Reservations cancelled 60 to 46 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial deposit and reservations cancelled 45 days or less are non refundable. Non Holiday/Sundance/Presidents week cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival are charged $50 plus 6.5% of the reservation. Reservations cancelled 45 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial deposit and reservations cancelled 30 days or less are non refundable.

Identity Properties After-Hours Check-In Instructions 375 Saddle View Way 435-649-5100 Check-In & Traveling Directions Hours of Operation: Open Daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Check in: 4PM - Check out: 10AM Directions from Airport to Park City: When departing from the airport travel onto I-80 eastbound (follow signs for Cheyenne). After traveling east approximately 25 miles on I-80, take exit 145 (Park City/Kimball Junction) turn right onto Highway 224 and follow signs into Park City - approximately 6 miles. Turn left on Saddle View Way. The lock box code is 5-1-2-A Your check-in packet will be inside and will include directions to your vacation property as well as keys and other important information. Please fill out the highlighted areas on the registration form along with the credit card damage waiver and place envelope back inside the lock box.
