Park City’s best ski-in/ski-out mountain home is a perfect getaway for friends and families traveling together. The location offers ski-in/ski-out at the Quit’N Time Ski Run at Park City Mountain Resort, and is an easy walk to Historical Main Street. This mountain ski retreat sleeps nine guests and features four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms plus one half bathroom, and sprawled out on three levels.

For outdoor entertaining, the patio offers a private hot tub, outdoor dining and living, Viking barbecue grill, built-in fire pit, and awesome ski run views. The great room features a beautiful gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable designer sofas. For the chef in the group, the gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with chef appliances including a Viking stove and a beautiful formal dining room that accommodates six. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large balcony with Old Town and mountain views. After a day of mountain recreation everyone can regroup in the cozy home theatre room that features a projection screen with an Xbox and Wii game console.

The views are wonderful. The location is sublime. There are only a few luxury homes with true ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. With 314 runs, 40 lifts, Park City Mountain Resort has enough terrain to satisfy everyone. You'll get it all with groomers, bumps, bowls, powder, peaks and parks. And don't forget how close you are to Deer Valley Resort which is just a five minute drive.

Property Policies

50% Rental Deposit is due upon acceptance and execution of this Agreement. Such executed Agreement and the initial 50% Rental Deposit are due within two (2) days of the issuance of this Agreement or the rental property will be placed back on the market.

All Rental Deposit's and/or subsequent Payment's (monies) received from Guest are NON REFUNDABLE. Guest should not enter into an Agreement if they are not fully aware of and acknowledge such. Cancellation, any and all Rental Deposit's or Payment's previously received shall be considered as Actual Damages to the Lessor and such amounts shall fully accrue to the benefit of the Lessor. Lessor shall have no further obligations to Guest and specifically no obligation to allow Guest access to the premises. Additionally, Guest shall not receive rent refunds in the event Guest's stay is shortened for any reason.
