Granite countertops perfectly contrast the dark cabinets with stunning stainless steel hardware and glass backsplash. The large breakfast bar seats 5 and the mountain rustic kitchen table with contemporary chairs seats an additional 6. Off the kitchen is a private balcony with sweeping views of Park City and views of the Park City Golf Course. The open concept continues into the living room with hardwood floors and a large cozy sectional facing the modern gas fireplace and mounted flat screen TV with enough seating to fit all your family and friends. Off the main floor is a second private balcony with ample seating and views of the lap pool and Park City Mountain Resort. There is also a three-piece bathroom off the main floor with modern fixtures and a large glass shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The top level has two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms, large windows with views, and wall mounted flat screen tvs with cable. The master bedroom has a king bed, his and her closets with custom shelving, a modern gas fireplace, lots of natural light, and a private balcony with sliding door access and a cozy seating arrangement for two. The master bedroom balcony looks over the lap pool and has views of the top of Park City Mountain Resort. The master suite bathroom is a 5-piece with modern touches throughout including stainless steel hardware, soaker tub, large separate shower with rainfall showerhead, and lots of lighting.

The second top-level bedroom has two full size bunkbeds with enough room to sleep 8. This bedroom also has a large closet with custom cabinetry and a Playstation console available for guests. The on-suite bathroom includes a large shower with rainfall showerhead. The top floor also has a stacked washer and dryer.

The bottom level is a two-car garage available for guests to use. Keep your car warm in the garage on those cold winter days while you are skiing!

Property Policies

50 % deposit will be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% will be paid 60 days prior to arrival date. All reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full. No payment or booking is confirmed until notice of receipt of the applicable funds has been sent to Renter and a Rental agreement has been signed and returned.

If the reservation is cancelled 90 days or more before the start of the rental period, the full 50% deposit less a $50 processing fee will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled between 60 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, or the tenant fails to make the required payment 60 days before the start of the rental period, the entire 50% deposit will be non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the start of the rental period, the full amount deposited shall be non-refundable unless the Home is rented to another party. If the home is rented to another party for some or all of the original reservation period, then Owner will return the Tenants such portion of Tenant’s deposits as Owner actually realized from any new rental up to a maximum of the full amount of the deposit.
