Conveniently located at the base of the Canyons Resort sits our lovely Park City Timber Wolf condo. Within a few minutes’ walk you can access the largest ski resort in The United States. Enjoy our 1,300 square feet, two bedroom, three bath condo that comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Relax on our private deck or in Timber Wolf’s hot tubs and soak in the beautiful peaceful surrounding area.

The Canyons Cabriolet (Gondola) is just a few minutes from Timber Wolf, and the Waldorf Astoria Gondola is just a 13 minute walk away, providing easy and convenient ski lift access. You can now conveniently access Park City Mountain Resort within the same day as skiing the Canyons as the two resorts are now connected.

Main Level The open living area features a cozy, warm stone gas fireplace, a 46-inch HD TV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Situated in the living area is a queen sized sofa sleeper which can accommodate two guests. You can access our private deck from the living area. You'll find a dining set and our gas barbecue where you can enjoy the mountain surroundings.

The open living area flows into the dining area, which comfortably seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen conveniently sits next to the dining area. The kitchen was recently remodeled and includes new appliances, granite counter-tops, and all the supplies you will need. The main level is ideal for entertaining and cooking with the open layout.

Upper Level On the upper level, you will find two master suites. The main master bedroom features a king size bed with an en-suite, and a 32-inch television.

The second bedroom is situated with a queen-size bed, an en-suite, and a 26-inch television.

The main room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people.

The unit is also situated with a washer/dryer, and two covered parking spaces in the parking garage.

Timber Wolf Lodge provides access to two hot tubs. Here is where you can enjoy a peaceful, serene environment that allows you to truly relax and soak in the gorgeous surrounding area.

The rustic mountain decor and furniture, provide a warm and welcoming ambiance everyone will look forward to coming home to.

This location offers quick and easy access to all of Park City’s main attractions. In addition to the short walk to the Canyon’s Cabriolet, the condo sits conveniently on the Park City transit route which provides convenient free shuttle transportation to Deer Valley, Historic Main Street and anywhere else in Park City you might want to explore.

Property Policies

50% deposit will be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% will be paid 60 days prior to arrival date. All reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full. No payment or booking is confirmed until notice of receipt of the applicable funds has been sent to Renter and a signed rental agreement has been received.

If the reservation is cancelled 90 days or more before the start of the rental period, the full 50% deposit less a $50 processing fee will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled between 60 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, or the tenant fails to make the required payment 60 days before the start of the rental period, the entire 50% deposit will be non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the start of the rental period, the full amount deposited shall be non-refundable unless the Home is rented to another party. If the home is rented to another party for some or all of the original reservation period, then Owner will return the Tenants such portion of Tenant’s deposits as Owner actually realized from any new rental up to a maximum of the full amount of the deposit.
