Located in the heart of Old Town, this luxury residence is situated on one of the most desirable spots in Old Town Park City. Go on a wilderness adventure, with easy access to Park City's extensive trail system for hiking, biking, skiing or snow shoeing, right outside your door. Head down the hill and take in Historic Main Street's famous boutique shopping, exquisite restaurants, and exciting nightlife, less than half a mile away. Soothe yourself in the secluded upper-floor hot tub after a busy day, relax on one of the large front-facing decks, or prepare a meal in one of two full gourmet kitchens. Both of the home's large and comfortable great rooms offer a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable leather seating. A private elevator provides easy access to the home's upper floors.

Both of the property's two gourmet kitchens feature custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, making cooking and entertaining a breeze. Hardwood floors run throughout the main and penthouse levels. With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms, there is plenty of room for up to 8 guests. The master suite features direct access to the hot tub deck, as well as the attached bath, steam shower, and walk-in closet, occupying the whole top floor. Downstairs, the two one-car garages offer off-street parking, a must-have feature in Park City's downtown area.

A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.

Summer (April 16 - November 20):

A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Travel Protection Plan

The long-planned vacation can quickly turn into a short-lived dream due to weather delays, sudden cancellations, or even twisted ankles. That's why All Seasons Resort Lodging provides a Travel Protection Plan as an additional service to guests.

It's simple. A 7% gross lodging cost, including tax, may be added as a fee within 7 days of making the reservation. This fee covers you, should any unforeseen event arise that impacts your vacation. The Protection plan is non-refundable once purchased.
