Great location and amnities, limited service

Super convenient location for skiing and Park City Main Street. Good access to local restaurants and bars(several restaurants on the ground floor of the rooms. Thoughtful room amenities such as humidifiers. 1 and 2 Br villas have washers and dryers and full kitchens, which are great for ski vacations. Front desk staff is helpuful. This is a time share property, so limited onsite services(no daily housekeeping, no room service or help with luggage), but requests for extra towels, etc were immedeatly fulfilled. Ski equipment storage is available at the base of the Town Lift across the street. Great hot tub/pool. We look forward to returning next year.

1st night and ready to check out

Checked in last night . Room not much bigger than a closet. Room keys not working. We had to be let into room and now hoping server can be fixed so we can get access to elevator and get in and out of room . Have been awake since 3:30 am as sounds like someone is doing construction? Called front desk and was told very sorry but sometimes when people leave for airport you can hear them moving luggage. Who puts vinyl tile on hotel flooring ? Have been skiing for years and would recommend you look elsewhere. This is a time share so no hotel amenities.

Lovely hotel, lovely town

Stayed here for one night on our road trip. Park City is a lovely town and the Marriott Summit Watch didn’t disappoint. Super big room with kitchen facilities and big bathroom. All with modern décor and very clean. Ample underground parking. No breakfast but we went over the road to a really nice café where we sat out in the sun looking at the beautiful scenery. Park City is generally quite pricey being a ski resort but the drive up is wonderful and the whole town, including the Marriott Summit Watch, is full of character. Loved our stay and would have liked to have stayed longer but we had lots of other places to visit.

Nice, but not as clean as expected

Positives: -staff helpful and courteous -Easy to locate property -Comfortable bedding -free parking (underground, which is awesome in the winter in pc) -quick access to Main Street -access to facilities even after room check out Negatives: -food from previous guests in the cupboards -the bathroom floor was dirty -microwave had sticky fingers prints and side tables had drink rings

If You Are Not A Timeshare Owner

We are Marriott Bonvoy members but not timeshare owners.Although I suspect there were plenty of larger suites available we were relegated to a conventional hotel style room. The room was very nice. I would say that because this is a timeshare property the cleaning staff does an exceptional job of maintaining the rooms. Our room overlooked the common area between the buildings which prevented us from being exposed to the traffic on Deer Valley Drive. Of course the opposing view to that is we were looking at another building, not the hills. This being the end of October there was no skiing yet. The town was kinda quiet. We could easily walk to all of downtown which is why we picked this hotel. It served it purpose.
