Great location, good breakfast

This was a pretty good place to stay. Its very central to all that's going on in the area. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the pet-friendly suites. Great experience

Many amenities, great location, fabulous food and great staff

Stayed here only for one night but the hotel was very accommodating even with a few functions going on simultaneously. Rooms were state-of-the art and bathrobes were provided for a nice touch. Luxurious indoor and outdoor pool, great bar and restaurant. Staff was friendly and courteous. Laundry area is big and accessible. Free breakfast daily and location is near transit bus line for easy access to uptown or downtown attractions.

Worst service

The hotel decor itself is kinda cool. That’s where it ends. The service is terrible. First morning I was at breakfast which was served late. Second day no breakfast whatsoever, they said it was due to a power outage. Which was BS because it didn’t last very long and it was at 10:30pm the night before. I told the man at the desk that I was going to catch a flight and was expecting breakfast. He angrily responded “What do you want me to do, go eat down the street!!” Unbelievable rude, while the staff stood around joking doing no work. This place is run horribly. Additionally if you’re room is near the pool it’s insanely loud with children screaming and yelling. Stay anywhere else.

Hello Crimedogj, I am so you did not receive hot breakfast during your stay. With the power outages happening through the late evening it resets the pilot light on many of our ovens. The morning breakfast crew was waiting on our building maintenance team to come and assist. Breakfast was served late as they needed time to have the ovens heat up. I apologize for your experience with the front desk agent. This is definitely a situation we need to be showing complete empathy as this is such an inconvenience to our guests especially when they need to leave on schedule. Please feel free to email me. I would like to know more about your time at the Peaks and with our staff.

nice place..

I have stayed at the Peaks Hotel in Telluride and was expecting a similar experience.. this place was just OK. A nice hotel. Good amenities. The carpet was kind of industrial office building vibe and the bathroom was very small. No tub. Parking isn't the best. Breakfast was really good, the hot tub / pool combo was nice. Just wasn't an exquisite resort.. i was expecting a bit more.

Hi 39staciem, I am so sorry you were expecting a similar experience to Telluride. We are not affiliated with them in any way. We often get calls for them with questions, but there is no connection. So hence why you had a completely different experience. We do appreciate you staying and we hope you enjoyed your time in Park City.

Wonderful weekend!

We stayed here for a family wedding last week. The room was spacious, clean, had bathrobes and really nice hair and bath products in the shower. The refrigerator was a welcome addition to the room. It was very quiet in our room near the end of the hall. Breakfast was expansive with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, ability to make waffles and toast bagels and English muffins. Plenty of coffee set up early for those of us that did not make the coffee available in the room. Garage parking was also much appreciated. We very much enjoyed our time as we walked the two miles into the city center both days. This hotel is very conveniently located, about 1/2 hour from the SLC airport. Staff is friendly, too!

Mary, We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope the wedding was magical and your time with friends and family memorable. Safe travels home.
