You can find world class skiing for any ability level at any of the local mountains, but many people overlook Park City’s world class dining. There are two hidden gems that are unique and require advanced reservations: Empire Fireside Dining at Deer Valley and the Viking Yurt at PCMR. These are cannot miss Park City experiences!

Thomas is a cyclist, a skier, a coach, a writer, a teacher, a Snyderville Basin Planning Commissioner, a husband, and a father. He settled in Park City, Utah in 1993, and has been turning pedals around the West on all sorts of bikes ever since. It’s possible he may have won the Tour des Suds a couple of times, but that would have been a long time ago and he can’t recall for sure.

PC Tip

Be friendly to locals. The path to befriending locals is realizing many of us work in the tourism industry to serve up warm hospitality and make your vacation better, but many more do not.
